Austin is happy right now living Elizabeth's life he doesn't care much about his old one that's why he didn't fire her. Besides it's a way to tease her, showing he acomplished what she couldn't
Plus, I believe the new Elizabeth (formerly Austin) has some compassion in her heart, so she's not going to be vindictive to push more revenge. :) Nice one!
