Away from civilization
Apologize for the two day absence. I was struggling quite a lot to write anything. I have many ideas in my head but whenever I tried to sit down and turn them into captions my brain felt empty. Kinda frustrating and I hope to do better this week.

Conflicted
I still don't know how to make a gif in a proper caption format but this works as well :D
Also, I know I'm saying this a lot but sorry for lacking in posts and not making requests.
Cathy was just reading a book when the doors opened and her roommate, Sam came in. Sam took off her balerinas before proceeding further into their dorm room and throwing the purse she was carrying over her shoulder on her bed. She had a sour look on her face so Cathy got concerned about her friend. "Something happened between you and Ryan? Did you two had a fight?" She asked. "No. We had a wonderfull time" Sam replied as she walked over to the mirror. She took a look at herself like if she was trying to spot something in the reflection before pulling her dress over her head and placing it on the chair next to her. Cathy was observing her friend with curiousity trying to figure out whats on her mind. Sam wasn't talking. She just put on some slacks and a t-shirt and sat on her bed right next to Cathy's. "Are you going to tell me what's wrong?" Cathy asked. "I just got a phone call. They almost uploaded my whole dna code into the nanobots and in the next month I probably can change back" Sam said but she didn't sound excited about it. "Isn't it great? I mean you've been looking forward to it ever since you changed into a girl. Don't you want to be a guy again?" Cathy was not sure what's going on. Sam pulled her legs up to her chin and sighed. "The problem is I don't think I want it" Sam was really confused about her emotions right now.
Sam, whose name is originally Samuel and not Samantha had been stuck in his female form for almost a year now. All because of a lab accident at the university he was studying at. They were developing special nanobots that could be programmed to change your dna code, making some ipressive modifications to a human body. During the research there was an accident and some of the nanobots got to run free around the campus. A few students got contained but among them only Sam went throught a noticable change and in his case the change was pretty spectacular as the young man changed into a young woman.
Sam was promised the change can be reversed. They have to just upload his dna code into the nanobots but that was a very complicated and time consuming process. Until then, Sam was stuck in his female form. The college administration moved him into a different dorm room with a girl named Cathy who was supposed to help the young man try to find himself in a girl's body. Sam and Cathy quickly got along and became good friends. Cathy didn't intend to pressure Sam into trying being a bit more feminine now when he was a girl, but with some suggestions and encouragment, Sam begin to discover a whole new world. First was just underwear. Rather than mens boxers, Sam started wearing panties but it was mostly for practical reasons just like the bras he had to buy himself. Later however, Sam begin to experiment with styles and slowly he was adding new items to his wardrobe which in time was becoming to look more like it belonged to a young woman. Soon, Sam got himself a nice colection of cute blouses, tight pants, some skirts, dresses, shoes and purses. Cathy didn't want to point it out, just in case Sam gets discouraged or embarrased, but he really was begining to act like a girl and it was really hard to tell that Sam was once a guy. Sam on the other hand was getting comfortable with his female body and while he was looking forward to change back into a guy again, later on it stopped feeling so important. Especially after, Sam found himself a boyfriend.
Sam never actually expected this to happen. Sure when he and Ryan first met, Sam got to like him but he never considered a relationship with another guy. At the time, Sam was still thinking of himself as a guy himself despite acting pretty much like his female coleagues. But he was wrong and upon realizing that his feelings towards Ryan are something more than just a friendly symphaty he got scared. When Sam told Cathy about it, she explained there is nothing wrong with having such feelings and there is nothing stopping him from giving it a try. Sam, knew it's a bad idea. Sooner or later he's going to change back into a guy and then things might get complicated. Despite that, Sam listened to his heart and soon enough he and Ryan became a couple. Being with Ryan only pushed Sam further away from his masculine self. Holding hands, cuddling and kissing. Everything made him feel more like a girl and not so long ago, Sam even went to a gynecologist to get some advice on contraceptive pills because he wanted to become sexualy active with his partner.
Almost a year had passed and with how his life had changed it was easy for Sam to forget that he was a guy, but today he got reminded about it after the phone call he got. The nanobot programing was nearly finished and Sam can change back very soon. The problem is he didn't want it. All this time he desired nothing more than having his penis back but somewhere along the way he changed his mind. He was afraid that he won't be the same man again. That being a girl for so long affected him too much, but most importantly he was afraid to lose Ryan. He desperatelly needed some advice so he turned towards the only person he could confess to. His roommate and good friend, Cathy. Cathy was now in a troublesome postition. She didn't want to decide for him but it was clear that Sam is a girl in every aspect and her mental transition into a guy is going to take a while. In the end she suggested to think about all the pros and cons and then make the decision. Sam didn't like the answer but he followed Cathy's suggestion and after a sleepless night, Sam finally realized how he trully feels. Being certain about what he wants, Sam grabbed his phone and informed the researchers working on the nanobots programing that he made the decision to live on from now as Samantha and he won't be changing back.
