      With the green background (#196D3B) and the black text (#000000), you have a color contrast ratio of 3.29, which would be fine if the text was large. In general, one should aim for at least 7 (in the chart that means "WCAG 2 AAA Compliant" is YES). Keeping the same hue and saturation, you could change the green background to #24AB5A. Additionally, I would aim to get a YES in "Are colours compliant?" as well. If the colors get a YES in both, then you can assume that the vast majority of people can read it.
