How long can it take?

  1. Great story about finally accepting a life that would cause turmoil if changed again. Eight years of learning then having to relearn life all over again.

  2. I am very glad Stacy realized it's best to stay and forget about Mike.

  3. I think at the end Mike's mom knew that he would be better off living as a girl and having learned a bit about the machine messed with the calibration when dad wasn't looking.

  4. Interesting the way you decided to cover the mental change over a period as long as 8 years. Most stories in this genre that involve mental change don't take that long to let the reader witness it happening. I love the 3rd panel and, especially, the last line!

  5. After 8 years as a girl/young woman it would be very tough to go back. You would be so used to who you were now. Lovely story here. How fortunate she was to get this second chance.

  6. Stacy is here to stay; she even knows it on the subconscious level. After years of growth, she can't transition back to Mike. Her mother wants her daughter to stay. I believe that is why her father stalls on his invention. Stacy is here to stay. This was a great story and it showed you must go forward.
