For decades the birth rate of females had plummeted. The growing disproportion in human population wasn’t just an abstract statistic, but a societal collapse in slow motion. In the shadow of mankind doom, pharmaceutical companies, driven by both humanitarian urgency and the promise of unimaginable profits had been racing eachother for a cure. Billions were poured into research, but the fundamental reasons why females were no longer born, remained a biological mystery. That was until one day when the pharmaceutical giant “Genesis Labs” rocked the scientific world with a monumental breakthrough. Their tests performed on lab mice were revolutionary. Genesis scientists had successfully managed to biologically change male mice into fully functional females, thanks to a complex serum. What truly electrified the research team however was that the newly transformed females not only showed a natural interest in copulating with males, but they also successfully carried and delivered new offspring. The next, terrifyingly momentous step was clear. It was time if the same miraculous transformation could be achieved with humans.

Not long later, a representative from Genesis Labs arrived at the imposing gates of a prison. Together with the prison’s administration, the man carefully selected nineteen young men among the inmates. They were informed only that they were being transferred into a new facility. The true nature of their destination remained secret.

The convicted men were taken on a long journey to an isolated facility, nestled deep withing a remote place. Only upon their arrival, in a brightly lit briefing room, the men were confronted with the chilling reality of their transfer. In exchange for their freedom and a new chance at life, they would undergo a radical biological transformation. They were going to be remade into women, hopefully capable of conceiving and giving birth to children, serving as the pioneers of humanity’s future. Predictably, the prisoners erupted in a cacophony of protests. Shouts of outrage, disbelief, and defiant refusals echoed in the room, but their objections were quickly and brutally proven futile. It was made absolutely clear that obedience was not an option, but a mandate.

The procedure began almost immediately. Twice a day, each man was subjected to an injection of the specialized serum. The first results manifested with astonishing speed. Withing a mere couple of days, their rough, calloused skin began to soften, taking on a smoother and more delicate texture. Their coarse body hair thinned and receded. The sharp angles of their musculature subtly rounded, their overall body build starting to become less overtly masculine and more gentle. In a few instances, the most noticeable early sign was the faint blossoming of breast tissue.

While some inmates, grudgingly chose to cooperate, causing minimal fuss despite the horror of their impending feminization, others openly rebelled. They refused the serum, fought against the medical staff and cursed their captors. These acts of defiance, however were met with swift and brutal intervention from the private security forces. Struggling men were forcibly restrained and administrated with a powerful sedative before the serum could be injected.

As the weeks bled into months, the test results became progressively more promising. The inmates were visibly transforming, slowly shedding their male forms and increasingly resembling women. Distinct female secondary sexual characteristics became more pronounced. Their breasts, once rudimentary buds, developed steadily, growing fuller and softer with each passing day. Their body proportions shifted, their broader shoulders narrowing while their hips began to widen, creating the unmistakable curves of a feminine physique. Soon, the first inmates began showing signs of their male reproductive organs slowly reshaping and transforming into undeniably female reproductive anatomy. Simultaneously to this profound physical metamorphosis, the inmates underwent an equally radical mental recalibration. The serum, designed not just for somatic changes but also for neurological restructuring, directly affected their brain chemistry. Their behavior began to shed its masculine aggression, replaced by a noticeable drop in hostility and a burgeoning emotional expressiveness. The male bravado was gradually supplanted by a newfound feminine grace in their movements and interactions. Various psychological tests, administered regularly, confirmed the depth of this transformation. The former men were showing a noticeable behavioral patterns traditionally associated with women, from aesthetics to emotional expression. Most importantly however, they grew increasingly open towards the prospect of motherhood, a concept previously alien and repulsive to them. One by one, in a process as unsettling as it was fascinating, they each started to think of themselves, and identify themselves, as women. After a grueling six months, the experiment was declared complete. The sterile, isolated facility was emptied from it’s temporary residents. A bus, identical to the one that had brought them, departed, arriving not back at the prison, but at a bustling local supermarket parking lot in a quiet town. One by one, the test subjects descended the steps. Not as inmates, but as free women. All of them completely transformed, every single one now undeniably, both physically and mentally a woman. Their manhood was taken away from them against their will, but in exchange they received freedom. They were given a second chance, a fresh start under a new name and identity. Their criminal records completely erased, replaced with pristine new backgrounds. Their future was clear. Live out their new lives and in the near future, ensure that the human race would continue, bringing forth a new generation into this desperate world.

The experiment was a monumental success and while the core problem of female birth rates remained unsolved, humanity at least possessed a powerful, if ethically questionable way to fill the gap with new women, all made from men. The whispers of a future mandatory draft quickly spread across the internet. People were talking about a directive ordering a certain percentage of young men to selected to do the “honors” of becoming women to save the species. As for the original test subjects, the result was precisely what the scientist at Genesis Labs hoped for. Five years after leaving the facility and entering their new lives, all the gorgeous ladies were happily married. Each had given birth to their first child and even more significantly, a coupe of them were either planing for, or already were pregnant with their second child.
