This series was very well written. It's a realistic look at what someone in the " new Mom" role would go thru. It's similar to experiencing the loss of a loved one and having to accept all the responsibility. Forced to be in charge when you weren't expecting to be put in that role. If you could change things, you would but it can't be undone. You have to go own and be the responsible one. Even in bad situations, it's normal to seek comfort and companionship. While mom resisted finding a partner, she came to realize that having someone to lean on is important. Well Done Marti. (Bashful)
