This is unsolicited advice, and you can ignore it if you want. I could be wrong, but it seems as though you publish these captions as soon as they are done, or that you queue them to be released in a daily fashion, if possible.
Maybe it would be a good idea to this weekly instead? That way your buffer is less likely to run out. I don't know how many captions you write in a week on average, but if was able to write five per week, I would only publish round_down(5/3)=1 per week (So if I could only write one per week, I wouldn't have a weekly update schedule, but rather a monthly one).
