Nah, Mr. Wesker is happy with his new teenage body. Such is Liam with his adult one, especially if he can have Mrs. Wesker as his wife. So yes, Brian is stuck. However with time he is going to adapt and deal with his new body pretty fine. Who knows, maybe the Wesker family is going to expand with another member ;)
