I discovered your website few weeks ago and I have to say that this caption is my favorite one. I just love the idea to turn a transphobic man into a gorgeous trans woman; or maybe he was not transphobic and was just acting out repressed desires by insulting a trans woman (who knows ?). At least, we can say that this once terrible person is now a descent woman; perhaps she will become a descent wife one day ;-)
Well, I don't think this guy was acting out repressed desires but I think there is a great sense of irony in this caption. Some friends of mine think that a man can have a mole on his manhood only if he had sex with a lot of grand (it's not gonna happen again in her case ;-) ). At least, we can say that the surgeon made a great job since this young lady's problem was "fixed". The irony is as big as the thing she doesn't have any longer XD
